Optimal ploughing with continuous working width adjustment
The VariOpal optimally meets all requirements for ploughing in arable farming. After all, good ploughing depends substantially on the cutting width and working depth of the individual plough bodies.
The front furrow width and traction point are automatically adjusted whenever the working width is changed to ensure optimal ploughing without lateral pull regardless of the working width.
All pivot points have hard-wearing bushings, hardened pins and lubrication points for maximum robustness and low wear.
The frame plates supporting the swivel brackets are bolted to the frame. Increased fatigue strength and high-precision fit ensure a long service life.
The large interbody clearance, the plough body position to the side of the frame, and the shape of the body legs create generous clearances that prevent blockages even with narrow working widths.
The pendulum wheel position on the frame is selected to allow ploughing right to ditches, fences, field borders or similar, depending on the number of furrows and selected working width.
